Patient: Dayesha F
S) Dayesha have pain in her medium deltoid, left worst than right due to excessive training, also mentioned having competition coming up in few weeks therefore needed to be treated promptly.
Activity restrictions: shoulder abduction(during butterfly stroke), freestyle, reaching high items
Participation restriction: Swimming, gym training, coaching
O) Manual muscle testing: Left
A) Reduced medial deltoid motion during shoulder abduction, L weaker than R. L shoulder present P, L ROM affected.
P / I) MMT on shoulder abduction to test medial deltoid performance.
E) Patient presented grade 2+ on L & 4+ on R, slight pain affecting ROM on L and very slight weakness on R.
R) Revisiting in 1 week to re-evaluate MMT
