Self reflection:
Smooth communication allowed the patient to input during treatment; by making clear and understandable instructions, the patient found a good amount of clarification and consent. Improved plinth height and distance control, steps followed clearly at one go, the control of grade 4-5 force input is clear and able to allow patient to perform the action at both grades, encouragements were given at grade 2 or grade 2+ condition.
Talking speed was a bit too fast, the patient wants more personal input from the therapist, such as eye contact, emotion expression, variety of speaking tones would be considered. Modification between steps was slightly robotic, resulting in the patient feeling distanced. Improvement is required in the flow, controlling pace, and overall communication at eye contact, speech, and body language.
